Common questions
About the services, coverage and what this website does and doesn’t do.
What is the difference between cleaning and maintenance?
Cleaning describes visible tasks such as skimming and debris removal. Maintenance is a broader conversation about the pool’s condition, routine and equipment. The precise work included should be confirmed in the agreed service scope.
Can I ask about a pool I have just moved into?
Yes. The enquiry preview has an “I’m not sure” option. Explain what you know about the pool and which parts of the routine you would like to understand. There is no need to guess technical details just to complete the form.
What should I include in an equipment enquiry?
Describe what has changed, when you noticed it and any display message you can read safely. An assessment is the next step to discuss, rather than a repair promise based on a short form.
How is service coverage confirmed?
Coverage and scheduling need to be confirmed before a visit is arranged. Include your city or ZIP code in your enquiry summary so the location can be checked.
Does the enquiry preview book a visit?
No. It creates an editable summary on your device. Nothing is sent and no visit is booked. If a real receiving service is enabled later, the form will describe the actual submission outcome.
Can I pay through this website?
No payment is taken through this website. Service scope, costs and payment arrangements need to be agreed separately before work begins.
Still have a question?
Add it to your enquiry notes. “I’m not sure” is always an option.
